Special part number for GM programs. Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5676 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin BGA MCU and optional debug interface pins. The SCVBBOJ76Z1A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5676 0.5 mm pitch 552-pin MCU on the primary side, and a 1.0 mm pitch 522-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a LFBGARBZ1A 522-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5676 MCU.
