NXP Lead Free MPC5777C 516 pin 1.0 mm pitch VertiCal Base Board Set with Pins

Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5777C 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin BGA MCU.  The LFVBSK77CZZA consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface on the top board and a MPC5777C 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin MCU installed on the base board with a 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side.  Designed to work with a user target system having a 516-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5777C MCU.
