NXP Lead Free MPC5674 522 pin 1.0 mm pitch VertiCal Base Board Set with optional debug interface and pins

Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5674 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin BGA MCU. The LFVBSJ74ZZ1A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface on the top board and a MPC5674 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin MCU installed on the base board with a 1.0 mm pitch 522-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a LFBGARBW1A or SCBGARBW1A 522-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5674 MCU.
