- NXP MPC5565 330 pin 1.0 mm pitch Pb-Free VertiCal Base Board with optional debug interface and pins
- VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5565 1.0 mm pitch 324-pin BGA MCU and optional debug interface pins. The LFVBBOM65U2A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5565 0.5 mm pitch 496-pin MCU on the primary side, and a 1.0 mm pitch 330-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a LFBGARBU2A or SCBGARBU2A 330-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5565 MCU.
