- NXP MPC5534 214 pin 1.0 mm pitch Pb-Free VertiCal Base Board with optional debug interface and pins
- VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5534 1.0 mm pitch 208-pin BGA MCU and optional debug interface pins. The LFVBBOM34Q1A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5534 0.5 mm pitch 496-pin MCU on the primary side, and a 1.0 mm pitch 214-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a LFBGARBQ1A or SCBGARBQ1A 214-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5534 MCU.
