NXP MPC5777C 422 pin 1.0 mm pitch Pb-Free VertiCal Base Board with optional debug interface and pins

Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5777C 1.0 mm pitch 416-pin BGA MCU and optional debug interface pins. The LFVBBOK77CW1A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5777C 0.5 mm pitch 552-pin MCU on the primary side, and a 1.0 mm pitch 422-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a LFBGARBW1AO or SCBGARBW1AO 422-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5777C MCU.
