Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5644 1.0 mm pitch 208-pin BGA MCU and optional debug interface pins. The LFVBBOJ44Q1A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5644 0.5 mm pitch 496-pin MCU on the primary side and a 1.0 mm pitch 214-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a 214-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5644 MCU.
