- NXP Lead Free MPC5566 416 pin 1.0 mm pitch VertiCal Base Board with Pins
- Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5566 1.0 mm pitch 416-pin BGA MCU. The LFVBBM66WA consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5566 0.5 mm pitch 496-pin MCU on the primary side and a 1.0 mm pitch 416-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a 416-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5566 MCU.
