- NXP Lead Free MPC5553 324 pin 1.0 mm pitch VertiCal Base Board with Pins
- Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5553 1.0 mm pitch 324-pin BGA MCU. The LFVBBM53U1A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5553 0.5 mm pitch 496-pin MCU on the primary side and a 1.0 mm pitch 324-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a 324-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5553 MCU.
