- NXP Lead Free MPC5676 516 pin 1.0 mm pitch VertiCal Base Board with Pins
- Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5676 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin BGA MCU. The LFVBBJ76ZA consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5676 0.5 mm pitch 552-pin MCU on the primary side and a 1.0 mm pitch 516-pin BGA pin array on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a 516-pin receiver base installed in place of the MPC5676 MCU.
