NXP Lead Free MPC5644 176 pin 0.5 mm pitch VertiCal Base Board Set with Pins

Lead Free VertiCal Base Board for use with a target system designed for the MPC5644 0.5 mm pitch 176-pin TQFP MCU. The LFVBBJ44M2A consists of a 1.0 mm pitch 156-pin VertiCal calibration interface and a CSP5644 0.5 mm pitch 496-pin MCU on the primary side and a 0,.5 mm pitch 176-pin TQSocket on the secondary side. Designed to work with a user target system having a 176-pin TQPack installed in place of the MPC5644 MCU.
