- Lead Free Surface mount socket system which allows any 144-pin 0.5 mm pitch PQFP device to be installed securely in user's target system. Includes a Tokyo Eletech NQPACK144SD target adapter (which is installed on the target board) and an HQPACK144SD device adapter. Can be used with YQPACK144SD emulator cable adapter which allows the target system to be connected to an In-circuit emulator system.
