- NXP Lead Free 0.5 mm 100-pin QFP Surface Mount Socket Set
- Lead Free Surface mount socket system which allows any 100-pin 0.5 mm pitch PQFP device to be installed securely in user's target system. Includes a Tokyo Eletech NQPACK100SD target adapter (which is installed on the target board) and an HQPACK100SDB device adapter. Can be used with YQPACK100SD emulator cable adapter which allows the target system to be connected to an In-circuit emulator system.
