NXP Lead Free 516 pin 1.0 mm pitch Logic Analyzer Interface Board

Lead Free logic analyzer interface board which allows logic analyzer connections to 516-pin 1.0 mm devices. Consists of special interface board with a BGA base with receivers on the top and a BGA base with pins on the bottom, and 100 mil spaced berg style headers. Allows for user to customize for use with specific MCU and MPU devices, with connections to GND planes and two user defined planes. Works with LFBGADAZA ZIF adapter set, LFBGARBZAO BGA base with receivers and LFSKTZA BGA ZIF socket. Includes LFBGAMZA PGA mini grid socket.
