NXP Lead Free 522 pin 1.0 mm pitch Logic Analyzer Interface Board

Lead Free logic analyzer interface board which allows logic analyzer connections to 522-pin 1.0 mm devices. Consists of special interface board with a BGA base with receivers on the top and a BGA base with pins on the bottom, and 100 mil spaced berg style headers. Allows for user to customize for use with specific MCU and MPU devices, with connections to GND planes and two user defined planes. Works with LFBGADAZ1A ZIF adapter set, LFBGARBZ1AO BGA base with receivers and LFSKTZ1A BGA ZIF socket. Includes LFBGAMZ1A PGA mini grid socket.
