- Lead Free logic analyzer interface board which allows logic analyzer connections to 256-pin 1.0 mm devices. Consists of special interface board with a BGA base with receivers on the top and a BGA base with pins on the bottom, and 100 mil spaced berg style headers. Allows for user to customize for use with specific MCU and MPU devices, with connections to GND planes and two user defined planes. Works with LFBGADAS1A ZIF adapter set, LFBGARBS1AO BGA base with receivers and LFSKTS1A BGA ZIF socket. Includes LFBGAMS1A PGA mini grid socket.
