NXP Lead Free 516 pin 1.0 mm pitch BGA /LGA ZIF socket set with receivers

Lead Free BGA socket which allows any 516-pin 1.0 mm pitch BGA or LGA surface mount device to be installed into user's target system. Consists of an Enplas 516 pin ZIF socket, an LFBGAMZA PGA mini grid socket, and an LFBGARBZA BGA base with receivers.
