Lead Free BGA socket adapter set which allows any 324-pin 1.0 mm pitch BGA or LGA surface mount device to be installed into user's target system. Consists of an Enplas 324 pin ZIF socket, an LFBGAMU1A PGA mini grid socket, and an LFBGARBU1A BGA base with receivers.
